This Crafter Just Took Discarded Floorboards From Trash To Kitchen Treasure

Have you ever heard the phrase about someone having “floors so clean you can eat off it?”. Some people take that phrase literally, like this craftsman. Named 2times30 on Imgur, this clever craft enthusiast was inspired by some old floorboards that he found, and decided to make something amazing. Check out some of the photos of the process!

Here are the discarded boards that started it all:

Next, he laid out the boards to figure out where to trim them.

The boards were then nailed to plywood for stability

The boards needed to then be sealed with some wood glue

The table needed to be sanded

Look how great it’s turned out so far!

To add some artistic flair, walnut strips were added around the edges.

Metal legs were added,  and the table was complete! Take a look at the finished product in use:
