Price: $25,000 each Tacos are arguably one of the most versatile foods ever. From carts on crowded streets to fancy, locally sourced seafood tacos at your favorite restaurant, there’s a little something for everyone. Well, almost everyone. Most of us probably can’t afford the tacos at Frida, one of the on-site restaurants at the Grand Velas Los Cabos resort in Mexico. The self-proclaimed “World’s Most Expensive Taco” launched at a record $25,000. So, just what kind of taco does $25,000 get you? The masterpiece includes “langoustine, Kobe beef, Almas Beluga caviar and black truffle brie cheese,” according to Grand Velas. But that’s not all. "An exotic salsa comprised of dried Morita chili peppers, Ley 925 ultra-premium añejo tequila and civet coffee top the taco, which is served on a gold flake-infused corn tortilla.”
